Kaitlyn Seguin, MS, RD, LDN

Founder and Registered Dietitian

Kaitlyn founded Family Nutrition Solutions to give patients more time, deeper support, and a more personalized approach to nutrition care.

She believes people deserve more than generic advice or another list of foods to avoid. Her approach looks at symptoms, health history, daily routines, eating patterns, stress, sleep, digestion, hormones, blood sugar, and other factors that may affect how someone feels.

Kaitlyn is not currently accepting new patients, but she continues to lead and train the Family Nutrition Solutions team in functional nutrition, root-cause care, and advanced lab testing.

Why Kaitlyn Started Family Nutrition Solutions

Kaitlyn started Family Nutrition Solutions in 2022 after moving to Wilmington. What began as a solo practice has grown into a collaborative team of nutrition professionals.

She created the practice for patients who felt dismissed, overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, or frustrated that their symptoms continued despite their efforts.

Her goal was to build a place where patients could feel heard, understand what may be happening in their bodies, and receive a plan that fits their real lives.

Kaitlyn’s Approach to Nutrition Care

Beyond the Office

Outside of nutrition, Kaitlyn is the mother of two girls. She enjoys homeschooling her children, playing card games, and dancing with her family in the kitchen.

That real-life perspective helps shape the practice’s belief that nutrition care should work within family life, not make it harder.
