To reschedule your appointment, click "cancel" on the reminder email you received for your appointment and then use the scheduler to request a new appointment. Alternatively, you can contact our admin, Mecie, at 910-408-5338 (call or text).

• $50 late cancellation fee (within 24 hours of appt)
• $100 no-show fee

All of your appointment reminder messages will include the link to the telehealth visit. It will also include a code to be able to join the call. You must have "opted in" to receive email communication to receive these messages. You will receive appointment reminders when you schedule the appointment, two days before your appointment, and an hour before. 

To contact your dietitian, you can either respond to one of the messages you have received from us (like an appointment reminder email/message with documents) OR you can send a new email to [email protected]

• After applying, you will receive an email from our team to "opt in" to receive secure messages.

• Once you opt in, you will be sent a link where you can complete your paperwork and request an appointment online. 

• If you have had any prior lab work done, upload this when you fill out your intake paperwork.

• Any lab work completed after that can be emailed to us at [email protected]

• Each dietitian has different availability.
• We currently have appointments available Tuesday - Friday from 10:30am - 6:30pm EST

• Please upload or bring any recent lab work to your first appointment
• Be prepared to discuss your health history, your current diet/lifestyle, and what your top goals are for your health.

• Yes, all intake forms including consent forms and nutrition questionnaires need to be completed 48 hours prior to your first appointment.
• This gives us time to verify your insurance benefits and allows your dietitian to be best prepared the appointment.

No, you don’t need to make any changes prior to your first appointment

• No, you will not be given a meal plan right away. 
• Preset meal plans are available for purchase (check out our "Oh Sh*t Meal Plan here)
• If you are working with us 1:1, we can help you develop a meal plan that is personalized to you, but that will be done together during appointments.

At your first appointment, we will review:

• Your story and health journey
• Medical/nutrition history
• Your symptoms
• Current diet and lifestyle
• Where you want to be in 1-3 years
• Your motivators

Then, we’ll discuss...

1. Initial changes you can start to incorporate.

2. Nutrition education if needed - everyone’s background and education is different, so we meet you where you’re at.

3. Lab or supplement recommendations if desired and needed - not everyone needs or is ready for these recommendations in the first appointment.

Often times it’s better to start making lifestyle changes first. We will discuss these when you’re ready!

At follow-up appointments, we'll check in on your progress, discuss any challenges that have come up, and make a plan to overcome those challenges.

No. We do not have a scale at our office and do not take any kind of body measurements. Instead we will provide recommendations on various ways to track your progress, depending on your goals. 

For some patients, that may include weighing themselves at home, but many of our patients never step on a scale and assess their process by looking at other positive changes they see in their bodies (eg. increased energy levels, better digestion, or a more balanced mood).

We believe that progress isn’t just about numbers — it’s about feeling good in your body, noticing small but meaningful improvements, and building habits that support long-term well-being.

• It completely depends on where you are starting, how quickly you make changes, and what your goals are. 
• Most people work with us for 3 months to 1 year+

It depends on your symptoms, goals, and preferences. We usually start with every other week and then switch to once per month when it feels appropriate.

• We have various resources for you to track your goals depending on your personality/preference and what you are tracking. 
• We also use various questionnaires, like our My Symptom Questionnaire, to help assess progress.

We can answer basic questions between appointments as needed, however if a question is too complex, we will recommend that we wait to discuss it during the next appointment.

Appointments can be made sooner, if needed, depending on your dietitian's availability.
