Our pediatric nutrition services support infants, children, and teens with a personalized approach to nutrition. Whether you’re navigating picky eating, digestion concerns like constipation, or questions about growth, our dietitians work with families to create practical plans that support healthy development.
We take a functional, root cause approach to pediatric care, meaning we look beyond symptoms to understand what’s driving your child’s nutrition challenges, and create a plan that supports their overall health and development.  And the best part? We accept insurance to make getting support even more accessible!
Pediatric Nutrition Care
For younger children, we partner with parents to create practical, age-appropriate nutrition strategies that support growth and healthy eating habits. For teens, we can work directly with them to build independence, confidence, and a positive relationship with food.
Our approach helps children and adolescents develop lifelong healthy habits, all while keeping it manageable for families.
Areas we commonly support include:
- Introduction of solids
- Transitioning off breastmilk or formula
- Food allergy management
- Picky or selective eating
- Growth and development support
- Digestive concerns (constipation, reflux, bloating)
- Nutrient gaps and deficiencies
- Healthy habits for mealtime and snacks
- Sports and activity nutrition for kids and teens
- Building a healthy relationship with food
Note: We don’t provide treatment for eating disorders, but it's important to us that you receive the right support. If someone in your family is struggling with disordered eating, we can help refer you to clinicians and specialists who focus on this area.
1:1Â COUNSELING
How it Works
Complete Your Application
It’s just a few key questions to help us assign you to the provider who is the best fit for your kid's needs! After you complete the form, an FNS team member will follow up within a business day to give you access to our patient portal and guide you through the next steps (including your insurance eligibility check).
Initial Comprehensive Assessment
You’ll meet with your assigned dietitian or nutritionist for a comprehensive 70-minute session, during which we will review your child's medical/nutrition history, symptoms, and current diet & lifestyle. By the end of your first appointment, we’ll start building a healing plan that is tailored to your child's unique needs.
Personalized Plan
You’ll leave your first session with a clear path forward, including 1-3 specific nutrition and lifestyle changes you can start incorporating right away to support your child's well-being. Our goal is to take the stress and guesswork out of nourishing your family, helping you build lasting habits that fit into your life. In subsequent appointments, we'll check in on your progress and readjust your plan, as needed.
