Pediatric Nutrition Care

We also work with kids and teens! For younger children, we partner with parents to create practical, age-appropriate nutrition strategies that support growth and healthy eating habits. For teens, we can work directly with them to build independence, confidence, and a positive relationship with food. Our approach helps children and adolescents develop lifelong healthy habits, all while keeping it manageable for families.

Areas we commonly support include:

  • Introduction of solids
  • Transitioning off breastmilk or formula
  • Food allergy management
  • Picky or selective eating
  • Growth and development support
  • Digestive concerns (constipation, reflux, bloating)
  • Nutrient gaps and deficiencies
  • Healthy habits for mealtime and snacks
  • Sports and activity nutrition for kids and teens
  • Building a healthy relationship with food

We don’t provide treatment for eating disorders, but it's important to us that you the right support. If someone in your family is struggling with disordered eating, we can help refer you to clinicians and specialists who focus on this area.

Initial Comprehensive Assessment

You’ll meet with your assigned dietitian or nutritionist for a comprehensive 70-minute session, during which we will review your health journey, medical/nutrition history, symptoms, current diet & lifestyle, goals, and motivators. By the end of your first appointment, we’ll start building a healing plan that is tailored to your unique needs.

Personalized Plan

You’ll leave your first session with a clear path forward, including 1-3 specific nutrition and lifestyle changes you can start incorporating right away to support your well-being. Our goal is to take the stress and guesswork out of nutrition, helping you build lasting habits that fit into your unique life. In subsequent appointments, we'll check in on your progress and readjust your plan, as needed.
