We accept HSA/FSA cards. We can also provide a superbill that you can submit to our out of network insurance plans for possible reimbursement.
You can contact your insurance plan to learn about out of network nutrition counseling coverage. Please don't hesitate to contact our team for more information, as well.
For most of our tests, patients must complete an Initial Comprehensive Nutrition Assessment before their dietitian or nutritionist is able to order a test or review results.
Once the test results are in, you will book a follow-up appointment with your provider to review your results and receive your treatment protocol.
Initial Assessment and Follow-up appointments are not included in the cost of the lab test, but can be covered by insurance (See above: 1:1 Counseling Fees)
Visit our Functional Lab Testing page for more information about lab testing options.
