Kaitlyn Seguin MS, RD, LDN
Owner, Registered Dietitian
Kaitlyn started Family Nutrition Solutions in 2022 after moving to Wilmington. What started as a solo practice has since grown into a team of nutrition professionals. She trains her team in functional nutrition, root-cause care, and advanced lab testing.
Beyond her love for nutrition, Kaitlyn is the mother of two amazing girls. You can find them dancing in the kitchen on the daily.
Kaitlyn is not accepting new patients at this time.
Randi Hardy, MS, RD
Randi Hardy earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ. She began her college career as a nursing major, switching to Dietetics after a brief chapter on nutrition during anatomy. She discovered a passion for learning how our body metabolizes food and how our choices can impact our overall health and wellness.
Randi enjoys helping others navigate how to plan balanced meals and build long term habits. As a foodie, Randi believes all foods fit in a balanced lifestyle, and wants to help clients feel their absolute best while also enjoying delicious food.
Clinical interests:
- Prediabetes/diabetes
- PCOS
- Perimenopause/menopause
- Pediatric nutrition
Outside of work, Randi enjoys being a Mom to her son, reading celebrity memoirs, and nature walks with an iced coffee.

Kennedy Murphy, MPH, RD
Before becoming a dietitian, Kennedy had a background in photojournalism that has shaped the way she connects and communicates with patients.
She loves educating others on what is happening in their bodies while supporting them in making small, realistic changes. She considers herself a lifelong learner of how nutrition impacts our health.

- Pregnancy/Postpartum
- Infant/toddler feeding
- Weight management
Outside of work, Kennedy loves being a mom to her daughter and continues to use her creativity through wedding photography.

Alivia Hotaling, MS, PLDN
Provisional Licensed Dietitian
Alivia earned her Master of Science in Food and Nutrition Services from the University of Mississippi. She is waiting to sit for her Registered Dietitian exam.
She loves connecting with clients on a personal level and guiding them to create realistic, sustainable changes that support their unique bodies and lifestyles.

- Perinatal health
- Women's hormones
Beyond the office, Alivia enjoys hiking local trails, exploring the beach with her Great Pyrenees, and dancing in the kitchen while cooking new recipes with her husband.

Lauren Shober, MSHS
Certified Nutrition Specialist Intern
Lauren Shober completed her Master of Science in Health Sciences (MSHS) in Integrative Medicine and Nutrition. She brings 15 years of experience in the healthcare field, having served as a health and wellness coordinator, diabetes management instructor, tobacco cessation coach, health coach, and fitness instructor. She is now completing her internship hours to become a Certified Nutrition Specialist.
Lauren loves helping others develop personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies to address underlying health concerns. She believes you are your own best health advocate, and her goal is to support you in achieving your optimal well-being through an individualized approach.

- Gut health
- Autoimmunity
- Food sensitivities
Beyond work, Lauren balances mom-life and stays actively involved in her church community.

Mecie Davis
Patient Care Coordinator
Mecie is the dedicated patient care coordinator at Family Nutrition Solutions. With over 10 years of clerical experience and a degree in business administration, she is well-equipped to handle patient requests and answer any questions. Her goal is to accommodate scheduling needs and connect you with the dietitian nutritionist who best fits your unique, individualized requirements.
Outside of her professional roles, Mecie enjoys spending quality time with her five beautiful children. Whether visiting loved ones in the mountains of North Carolina or savoring a crisp winter day, she cherishes every moment with her family.

- At least 1 year of experience with outpatient counseling
